The Big Lie ...

The Big Lie ...usually begins with stirring up emotion, the most effective of which is fear.  You are made to fear what is going to happen ...and it will assuredly happen, if you don't do something about it. You can't really do anything about it, because you don't really understand it ...but you are fed such a fearful diet of it (more like a feast, saturating your bloodstream) that you commit to that fear, and even your blood may begin to boil, per se.  You trust the one who is the author of the lie, as a rational answer to the dilemma.  The biggest threat to this lie, and the possible failure to a foolproof plan ...is a person who is not a fool.  If a person puts their faith in God, and believes the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom ...they will less likely be fooled.

Easter is coming ...this coming weekend.  I refer to it as Resurrection Day, and it is a celebration like no other.  You can believe and do the traditional things, like paint eggs and eat lots of chocolate (I've always liked that part too), but to actually take the day seriously ...as a real factual event, that would be a threat to anyone who thinks that a world with God is too much of an intrusion upon everyone's lives.  Survival of the fittest, being the only standard that applies to evolution (which is really no standard at all), permits a sort of confusion and deceit that often leads to oppression by a dictator ...after all, they've proven they were the fittest, what more could you expect from the very thing you've accepted and blindly promoted?

Going back to the true event that we look back on and celebrate ...as Easter, we see the crucifixion of Jesus.  His horrific torturous death, as a sacrifice for our sins, is the most overwhelming realization of God's love.  How can we look at that ...and deny so many of the sins that He died for?  And we see the absolute denial of the Roman Empire at that time ...crucifying many others, and as if that were not public enough, and not granting enough satisfying entertainment ...they began building the Colosseum.

Okay, I said I'd come back to the movie, The Hunger Games.  Part of the lie would be that corporate America would bring about what seems to be the deliberate goal of Communist dictators.  The hunger part, was the perfection of horror instituted under Stalin ...he being the most relentless with the deprivation, and the government stealing and re-allocating food ...leading to massive starvation and deaths in horrendous numbers.  It was not corporate, but a dictatorship.  And the game part, is most like the Roman Collosseum, as far as I can see ...and that's a dictatorship also.

Our present government has many professed communists within our government, or working close with it.  How did they get there?  They were resourced, or appointed.
